About the department
The Staff Team handles moderation calls, rule enforcement, appeals, and the day-to-day operation of the community. It is a responsibility, not a rank to collect.
Promotions are based on time in rank, activity, and performance, reviewed by senior staff. We promote slowly and deliberately — expect to spend meaningful time at each rank, and expect asking for a promotion to be the fastest way not to get one.
What you will do
- Handling moderation calls during live sessions
- Enforcing server and roleplay rules consistently
- Reviewing appeals and investigating reports
- Logging every action taken, with evidence
- Mentoring junior staff and setting the standard for conduct
What is expected of you
- Professionalism at all times — you represent the community
- Never abuse permissions; every action is logged and audited
- Never moderate a scene you are personally involved in
- Meet weekly activity requirements and log your shifts
- File an LOA before going inactive rather than disappearing
